Macrender® HBS

Macrender® HBS is a highly polymer modified base render for application to low porosity surfaces including expanded polystyrene and painted masonry surfaces.

Apply Macrender® HBS to low-porosity surfaces with sufficient rigidity. Suitable surfaces include:

  • Clay/concrete bricks/blocks
  • Aerated concrete (Macrender® Coarse FR recommended)
  • Raw expanded polystyrene (EPS) cladding boards (EIFS)
  • Approved pre-coated EPS cladding systems
  • Painted masonry walls
